    We will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund of the cost of goods. Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

    Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment from your purchase.

    In order to process an exchange, we will need to first cancel your order. Then, you may place a new order for the correct item you desire. We will not be able to edit an order (such as size or style) once it has been submitted.

    If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please do not attempt to make a return or exchange. Instead, you may follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. Shop Santana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Please submit a return request to support@shopsantana.com and include a note stating your reason for refund or exchange. Shipping/postage must be paid by the customer on all returns. COD will not be accepted.
